JSON Lines
Record
Native records contain type, path, line, text, and spans. The npm records contain path, line, column, start, end, surface, and atoms.
Every object ends with LF; diagnostics remain on stderr.
Spans
Native UTF-8 text uses utf8-bytes; raw byte text uses bytes. npm offsets and columns use UTF-16 code units.
Core covers the query lemma; token may extend through consumed particles and endings.
Provenance
An origin preserves lemma, POS, and ordered rules, or analysisIndex and rulePath. One atom may have several origins.
Consumers may ignore unknown fields but must inspect coordinate encoding before slicing source.
